It's an excellent place to practice MMA. It's also one of the best academies in the Americas, and I dare say in the world. It has a varied schedule with different classes, and each of the instructors is highly trained and respectful. During my time there, I've enjoyed my classmates and instructors, and I thank them for a large part of my development as a person and as a martial artist.

Without a doubt, the best place to train in contact sports: MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ, Wrestling, and Physical Conditioning focused on contact sports. Easy to reach from the Pinozuarez metro station exit. Excellent facilities, great professionals and thinkers teaching and sharing knowledge, and a great sense of respect, discipline, and camaraderie on the mat. 👌

The place isn't the most attractive, but they have affordable prices, the teachers are professionals in their fields, the staff are pleasant, and the atmosphere is very nice. It has showers, kickboxing, muay Thai, taekwondo, mixed martial arts, boxing, CrossFit, and a regular gym.

All young people should practice a sport, but at this place, only those who truly want to develop their character and improve themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually attend. Mixed martial arts is just that, an art, and this is the best school where you can learn, regardless of age.

Great training in Mexico city. I visited while on vacation and the instructors were very welcoming. The BJJ class was technical and the gym has solid training partners
